A Team with Decades of Experience
Widford Property was founded by Daniel Chapman, an Essex native with a background spanning a decade in business ownership and management across the health and fitness industry — including running his own company supplying fitness classes to corporate clients such as WeWork and Fora across London. When Covid brought that chapter to a close, Daniel returned to what he'd always planned: building something from scratch in an industry he'd long been drawn to.
Since founding Widford, Daniel has led every aspect of the business — from sourcing land and securing planning to working directly with buyers through the design and build process. That hands-on approach isn't going to change.
